Captivated allows you to add internal notes in your conversations – so, for example, you could recommend an add-on service or product, and if the customer declines it during their initial appointment but shows interest for the future, you could make a note to follow up later. And then, when it’s time, you can follow up with them (or with a whole list of people who had the same recommended service)! You could also send offers for add-ons or upgrades automatically before an appointment, or through the year as your peak season approaches.
