Captivated plans are customized to fit both the size of your team and the estimated number of messages you anticipate using per month.
There are three parts to every plan.

  • Setup and Onboarding Fee: This one-time fee helps us cover all of the work we do behind the scenes to get your account live including registering your business and your phone lines with the carriers as part of the 10DLC process. It also includes the setup of your queues and teams, as well as after-hours auto-replies. Of course, it also includes our online training and kickoff.
  • The License Fees: This covers the monthly licensing for use of our platform and software.
  • Metered Fees: This includes all per-message or per-minute costs associated with your account with rates specific to your plan. Note, all carriers charge based on each message segment of 160 characters so your SMS metered usage is based on message segments, not the actual quantity of messages. *Our Live Chat, Team Chat, and Secure Chat messages are unlimited and not metered like text messages.

No problem, we can create an enterprise account and you can then choose to have one billing entity, or each location may be billed directly and still qualify for enterprise pricing. Schedule a discovery call, or text us and we can get started on building a plan to meet your unique needs and logistics.

Each plan comes with a specific number of messages included at no charge. If in one billing cycle you use an additional 200 or 2,000 messages, you are not moved to a higher plan automatically. You will only be charged for additional messages used outside of what’s included in your plan. This is perfect for businesses with fluctuating and seasonal business, in that you can build your plan with a low message count and then only pay for what you really use.

Your monthly subscription can be canceled or modified at any time. Cancellations require a 30-day notice. Many of our clients start out on our month-to-month plan and request to move to our annual plan for additional savings.
