We moved from ZipWhip to Captivated some time ago and the product is much better, and it allows MMS not just SMS. As a business customer, we expect the product to work, and it does work well. I am hesitant to write a favorable review of Captivated because I feel like it is one of our competitive advantages in our market! The software makes it very easy to add sms to our list of ways that we, a small business, are able to communicate with our customers. Captivated is a great communication platform for our business. It has automatic follow ups so I can focus on other things, reminders to book, reschedule if needed, and is an all around easy way to communicate with our customers. We use it for our Love Encore program here at Subaru and it has really helped with scheduling more appointments. Captivated also has great customers service and support.
