• Licensing clarified as site-based rather than user-based, allowing unlimited users within a licensed location.
• Support for 12, 24, and 36-month agreements with locked base pricing and flexible usage-based billing.
• Explicit coverage of additional services such as RCS messaging, Secure Chat, Video Chat, Express Pay, booking and calendar integrations, and automation workflows.
• Greater transparency around carrier-based messaging costs, including how overage rates may change over time with advance notice.
• Clear data retention practices governed by our Data Retention Policy, with optional data preservation available at the time of cancellation.
• Updated Privacy Policy clarifying Captivated’s role as a data processor for customer data and a data controller for its own business operations.
