Long-term commitments apply only to your core license, not the parts that naturally fluctuate.

Power Features are optional, on-or-off capabilities you can add to your site license. These unlock new functionality—such as announcements, live chat, payments, reviews, or secure messaging—without changing how many people use the platform. You turn them on when they make sense for your business and turn them off if your needs change.

Smart Scaling covers usage- and quantity-based components that naturally flex as your operation grows. Things like additional calendars, forms, text-enabled numbers, message volume, or minutes are always billed month-to-month so you can adjust them up or down at any time. There are no forced upgrades or long-term commitments tied to scaling components.

Together, this model gives you full control: stable core pricing for your platform, flexibility where growth happens, and transparency every step of the way.

Each plan comes with a specific number of messages included at no-charge. If in one billing cycle you use an additional 200 or 2000 messages, you are not moved to a higher plan automatically. You will only be charged for additional messages used outside of what’s included in your plan. This is perfect for businesses with fluctuating and seasonal business where you can build your plan with a low message count and then only pay for what you really use.

No problem, we can create an enterprise account and you can then choose to have one-billing entity or each location may be billed directly and still qualify for enterprise pricing. Text us and we will happily provide a custom estimate.

Your month-to-month subscription can be canceled or modified at any time. Cancellations require a 30-day notice. Many of our clients start out on our month-to-month plan and request to move to our 12, 24, or 36 month plan for additional savings. (typically about a 15%-20% savings)
