How does your pricing work?
Pick a plan based on messaging volume — not user count.
Every Captivated plan includes a Core License for one operating location plus a Messaging Commitment based on expected monthly usage.
Your Core License includes unlimited users and teams, core communication tools, support, and included local text lines. Your Messaging Commitment determines your included monthly messages and your additional usage rate.
If you use more than your included messages, additional usage is billed at your same plan rate. If your usage grows consistently, we’ll help you move to a higher plan so you can take advantage of a lower message rate.
Optional monthly capabilities can be reviewed during launch and added later if needed. They stay monthly, so you are not locked into add-ons before you know what your team actually needs.
Bottom line: no per-user fees, clear messaging plans, and flexible add-ons when you are ready.
What are optional Monthly Add-Ons?
Optional Monthly Add-Ons are additional capabilities you can review with our team and add when they make sense for your business — such as Live Chat, Express Pay, Booking & Scheduling, AI Conversation Summaries, API/CRM integrations, Custom Forms, Automations & Workflows, or additional text lines.
During public quoting, these items may be shown for pricing transparency and launch planning, but they are not added to your subscription or billed unless you approve them later.
Most Optional Monthly Add-Ons are billed month-to-month, giving you flexibility as your team, locations, and workflows change.
What if I need additional messages?
Each plan comes with a specific number of messages included at no-charge. If in one billing cycle you use an additional 200 or 2000 messages, you are not moved to a higher plan automatically. You will only be charged for additional messages used outside of what’s included in your plan. This is perfect for businesses with fluctuating and seasonal business where you can build your plan with a low message count and then only pay for what you really use.
What if we are a large enterprise with multiple locations?
No problem, we can create an enterprise account and you can then choose to have one-billing entity or each location may be billed directly and still qualify for enterprise pricing. Text us and we will happily provide a custom estimate.
Can I cancel or change my subscription at any time?
Yes. Month-to-month subscriptions can be canceled or changed with 30 days’ notice.
If you want additional savings, you can choose a 12-, 24-, or 36-month subscription term for your eligible base plan. Optional monthly add-ons and usage-based items remain monthly unless otherwise stated, giving you flexibility as your needs change.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and eCheck/ACH. *Note, invoice billing is available on annual subscriptions and on monthly subscriptions for an additional fee of $10.00 per invoice.
